Teenage drinking and driving is a ridiculous thing to do. Drinking and driving puts you and everyone around you in danger. If you choose to drink and drive you just got behind the wheel of a moving killer. Even if you just had one drink you still impaired your judgement.
When you are at a bar and you are sitting by a guy who is sitting normal and looks sober. So you think he is alright to drive, well when he gets up and stumbles you realize he is worse than you thought. When you drink your conciouss is the first thing that is effected and when someone that falls over their mind is literally whipped out.
Now if that person gets in a vehicle here are the things that can go wrong. One he or she could get in an accident in the ditch and kill himself or herself. Two if that person is driving and passes out they could swerve to the opposite lane and go head on into another car and possibly killing a whole family in a devastating crash. What teens think is they are on top of it all and they think they are better and know it all.
When teens are driving sober but transporting impaired teens home that is perfectly fine because they aren’t impaired at all. To me drinking and driving is a big no. It makes me mad when I hear about someone driving drunk and going into a car crash and killing pour innocent people. Now for you friends out there, don’t let your friends drive drunk, you could save your friends life and possibly a families life.
Now it isn’t always the parent’s fault. Movies also promote drinking with movie stars. The teens would be looking up to the star and when they drink and drive they think that it is perfectly fine for them to drink and drive. I believe that people who has had two DUIs’ should not be allowed to drive again without having a breath tester in their car to start their car. They should not be allowed to freely drive and have the capability of driving drunk. They should be not allowed in bars or anything.
I think that when someone dies of drinking and driving or as a result of someone else drinking and driving it should give an example to not drink and to stay away from cars when you have drank a few or even one beer.
Now for the bar owners they should be able to be responsible to know if someone is drunk and shouldn’t drive and they should call them a cab. If the person has rode with someone they should check the other person to make sure that he isn’t intoxicated to be safe and to make the streets safe at the source. Now I think that I made my point clear that drinking and driving isn’t a safe way to drive and that it could hurt someone seriously, kill someone or just kill themselves in that matter so if you are thinking about getting behind the wheel of a vehicle, stop, think twice, and stay away from the car.
