Colton Colt or ( barefoot bandit ) plead not guilty in his hearing after a two year span of him running from law enforcement and he was accused of multiple counts of grand theft auto and several counts of robbery. My question is what should his punishment be if the jury chooses guilty?

Obama pushes armed forces approval to watch Russia's nuclear stock pile and Obama says "WE CANNOT AFFORD TO GAMBLE" my question is how is the United States supposed to watch the nuclear stock pile to enforce that it wont be used against us?
